When will my DTF gang sheet ship?
Orders placed before 3pm UK time dispatch the same day with Royal Mail Tracked 24. Orders after 3pm ship the next working day. Most UK addresses receive next working day delivery.
What if my prints aren't what I expected?
We stand behind our prints. If anything arrives damaged, mis-printed, or below the quality we promised, contact us within 14 days at info@doitdtf.com and we'll reprint or refund — your call. Over 99% of orders ship right first time.
Can I still edit my order after checkout?
Yes — if you catch us before printing starts. Email info@doitdtf.com or message us on chat within 1 hour of ordering and we'll pause printing so you can swap designs, change quantity, or update the layout.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify Payments — PCI DSS Level 1 certified, the same security standard as banks. We never see or store your card details. SSL-encrypted end to end. Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna and Clearpay all supported.
How do I apply my gang sheet once it arrives?
Press at 150°C for 10 seconds with medium-firm pressure, hot peel immediately, then press again for 10 seconds with a teflon cover. Detailed step-by-step is in our application guide — link in your order confirmation email.
What if my address is wrong after I've ordered?
Email info@doitdtf.com within 1 hour with your order number and corrected address. If we've already printed and dispatched, you can request Royal Mail's re-direction service. We'll always try to help.
