Order Processing Times
All DTF gang sheets are printed in house.
Orders placed before 2PM Monday to Friday are printed and dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2PM will be processed and dispatched the next working day.
We operate Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM.
Weekends and bank holidays are not counted as working days.
Large gang sheet orders may require additional production time. If this affects same day dispatch we will contact you.

Aims for next working day delivery.
This is not a guaranteed service.
Royal Mail Special Delivery – Guaranteed by 1PM
Guaranteed next working day delivery by 1PM.
Recommended for time sensitive orders and drop deadlines.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and selected service.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available within our delivery area.
Options and pricing will be shown at checkout where applicable.

You will receive a Ready for Collection email when your order is prepared.
Collections are available Monday to Friday between 9AM and 5PM.
Most same day orders will be ready for collection later that day.
Delivery Timeframes
Next day services apply after dispatch, not from the time the order is placed.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 is not guaranteed.
For guaranteed next day delivery, select Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1PM.
We are not responsible for courier delays, missed delivery windows, or business losses caused by third party delivery services.
We will assist with tracking and courier investigations where required.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we will assist in resolving the issue.
