Refund policy
All DTF gang sheets are custom printed to order using customer supplied artwork.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, custom and personalised goods are non returnable and non refundable unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Print Ready Artwork Responsibility
We print artwork exactly as it is uploaded.
We are not responsible for issues caused by customer supplied files, including:
Low resolution or pixelated artwork
Incorrect sizing
Spelling errors
Wrong colours in the file
Backgrounds not removed
Poor quality screenshots
Incorrect gang sheet layouts
By placing an order you confirm your artwork is print ready.
Application and Pressing Responsibility
DTF transfers must be applied using the correct press settings.
We are not responsible for issues caused by:
Incorrect temperature
Incorrect pressure
Incorrect pressing time
Not performing the second press
Using an iron instead of a heat press
Applying to unsuitable garments
Correct press instructions are provided on our website.
Faulty or Damaged Transfers
If your transfers arrive:
Damaged
Defective
Not printed as supplied
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
Photos of the full sheet and the affected area
Once verified, we will offer a free reprint or refund where appropriate.
Incorrect Orders
If we have printed the wrong artwork, size, or quantity compared to your order, we will reprint the order at no cost.
Lost Shipments
If your parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist with a courier investigation.
Reprints will be issued once the courier confirms the parcel is lost.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before printing has started.
Once production begins, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Returns
Due to the nature of custom DTF transfers, we do not accept physical returns of printed gang sheets.
