This website is operated by PRINT A PRODUCT LIMITED trading as DO IT DTF. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Do It DTF. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our website or services.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services.
1. ONLINE STORE TERMS
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you have given consent for a minor dependent to use the site.
You may not use our products or services for any unlawful purpose or transmit malicious code.

Card information is always encrypted during transfer.

We aim to provide accurate information but do not guarantee that all content is complete, current or error free.

Prices are subject to change without notice.
We may modify or discontinue any service without liability.
5. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
All DTF transfers are produced to order.
We attempt to display colours accurately but cannot guarantee exact colour reproduction on all screens.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse orders at our discretion.
6. BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide accurate billing and contact details.
We may cancel or limit orders per person, payment method or address.
7. THIRD PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS
We may provide access to third party tools which are used at your own risk.
We are not responsible for third party content or services.
8. USER SUBMISSIONS
If you submit artwork, comments or other materials, you grant us the right to use them for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content you submit.
9. PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use our site for unlawful purposes, to infringe intellectual property rights, or to submit misleading information.
We may terminate your access for any prohibited use.
11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free service.
Except where required by UK law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our service.
12. ARTWORK OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted artwork complies with copyright and intellectual property laws.
By placing an order, you confirm that you own the rights to the design or have permission to use it.
We are not liable for copyright infringement arising from customer submitted artwork.
We may request proof of ownership.
You agree to indemnify Do It DTF against any claims relating to copyright misuse.
13. PRINT READY ARTWORK
All artwork must be supplied in print ready format.
We print artwork exactly as uploaded.
We are not responsible for:
Low resolution files
Spelling errors
Incorrect sizing
Incorrect colours
Design issues in submitted artwork
We do not make adjustments unless agreed in writing.
14. CUSTOM GOODS, CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
All products are custom made to order.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, custom goods are exempt from cancellation once production has started.
Orders may be cancelled only before printing begins.
If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, you have 30 days from receipt to request a refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Evidence may be required.
15. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We dispatch using Royal Mail services.
Delivery timeframes are estimates unless a guaranteed service is selected.
Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery is outside of our control.
We are not liable for courier delays, missed deadlines or business losses caused by third party delivery services.
We will assist with tracking and investigations where required.
16. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
17. TERMINATION
These Terms remain in effect unless terminated by you or us.
We may terminate access if you fail to comply with these Terms.
18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Do It DTF.
19. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
20. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our website.
Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
