CREATE YOUR DTF GANG SHEET
Frequently asked questions
How fast can I get DTF transfers in the UK?
Order your gang sheet before 3pm and it's dispatched the same day with Royal Mail Tracked 24. Most UK addresses receive next working day. Orders placed after 3pm ship the next morning.
What's the minimum DTF gang sheet order?
1 metre. There are no setup fees and no minimum order beyond that. Order one metre or one hundred — bulk pricing auto-applies at checkout, with discounts kicking in from 2 metres.
What size is a DTF gang sheet?
Our standard gang sheet is 100cm wide × 56cm tall per metre. You can order multiple metres which are supplied as a continuous roll — useful if you need to print a large back design or pack many small designs.
What file types can I upload to the gang sheet builder?
PNG, JPG, JPEG, WebP, SVG, PSD, AI, EPS, and PDF. We recommend transparent PNG at 300 DPI for best results. Files should be at least 300×300 pixels — the builder warns you if anything is too small.
Can I print on dark fabrics with DTF?
Yes — DTF prints come with a white underbase so colours pop on black, navy, and any dark garment. No pre-treatment needed. Works on cotton, polyester, blends, and most synthetic fabrics.
How do I apply a DTF transfer to a t-shirt?
Press at 150°C for 10 seconds with medium-firm pressure, hot peel immediately, then press again for 10 seconds with a teflon cover. Wait 24 hours before first wash. Full step-by-step in our application guide.
Do DTF transfers wash well?
Yes — when applied correctly, DTF transfers survive 50+ wash cycles without cracking or fading. Wash inside-out at 30°C max, mild detergent, no fabric softener, air dry or tumble low.
Can I order DTF gang sheets without designing first?
Yes — use our AI Auto-Build feature in the gang sheet builder. Upload your images and the AI lays them out automatically for maximum yield. Edit before you check out, or just hit Order and we'll print as-arranged.
